To Order On-Line with your Credit Card
Click the "Buy Now" button, fill out your location information, then choose
your shipping preference, click "Go" and your shipping charge will show in your cart.
Then if you're through shopping simply click the "Checkout" button on the order form.
Fill out your billing and credit card information and then click "Place your order".
This website takes every precaution to protect our customers information.
When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected
both online and off-line. When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information
(such as credit card numbers), that information is encrypted and is protected with the
best encryption software in the industry.
You are not required to setup an account password but if you would like to access
your order status and information please feel free to do so. It is easy and if you choose
to order from us again then your information is already setup with for you.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
Pickup
If you would like to pickup your order please email us first so we may have it
ready when you arrive at the store. We will deduct all shipping costs from your order.
Sales Items
Occasionally our store runs sales please be advised that the sale price is only honored at
the time of purchase and does not apply to any purchases before or after the sale date.
Shipping
We ship UPS ground as standard shipping unless otherwise specified. With
UPS ground all orders are insured and tracked. Orders will be shipped same
day or next business day if in stock as most are. High demand items may
take longer especially during the holiday season. You are given additional fast
delivery options that is offered at check out for your convenience.
PLEASE NOTE: We only ship in the United States at this time. We do not
ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking Orders
If you have an account with us you may always login and check the
status of your order and retrieve your tracking information. If you
have not received any information on your order please email us and
we will get back with you as soon as possible. To track your order please

Sales Tax
State law requires Home Decor by Design to collect sales tax on orders shipped within
Washington State. There is no sales tax charged on orders shipped outside of the State
of Washington at this time.
Returns
We want our customers to be satisfied with the product they receive from Home Decor
by Design so we offer a 45 day No Questions Asked Return Policy!
We do not charge restocking or handling fees.
v If you need to return an item YOU MUST NOTIFY US FIRST VIA E-MAIL at:

v We ask that you return the product in new, unused, and unworn condition when being
returned or we can't refund your money. |
v It is very important that you package the item or items back up exactly as you
received it. Please use the same box, protective packaging material
and return it exactly the way it came to you. If there is any damage in the return
shipping due to packaging we cannot give you a refund. |
v You must include the original packing slip that came with the order so we may
credit the right account. |
| v Returns received after the 30 day mark will not be refunded and can be shipped back C.O.D. |

If damaged from shipping please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and notify us
and explain exactly how you received your package and what condition it was in.
